WAREHOUSE

The District's Warehouse Team receives, stores, and delivers food, supplies, and other materials to our various school sites and departments.

EQUIPMENT TRACKING PROCEDURES:

School districts have the responsibility to effectively manage and safeguard the district’s assets and resources in order to help achieve the district’s goals for student learning.

 

The AssetMaxx software helps the District track and manage our assets.

 

Equipment is an item with a useful life of more than one year and an acquisition cost of $500 or more.

 

DISTRICT/SITE RESPONSIBILITY-

Once asset tagged equipment items are delivered from the district warehouse to schools or departments, it is the site or department’s responsibility to track the asset items appropriately in AssetMaxx.
