  • Full text of approved bond measure resolution authorizing a school facilities bond measure for general election, November 2018.

BOND OVER-SIGHT COMMITTEE

  • Section 14 of the resolution adopted by the board requires a Citizens’ Oversight Committee. On September 5, 2018 the board reviewed membership procedures and application for this committee.  That information can be found here, and while we are not yet at the formal committee development process, you are free to fill out the application and submit per directions.  We will contact you when we get closer to formal process.Other documents that can be found here include the education code pertaining to Citizens’ Oversight, a presentation provided by our consultant Lori Raineri, President of Government Financial Strategies, and Board member of California Association of Bond Oversight Committees (CalBOC), as well as several other documents of general interest.

DISTRICT DEBT PORTFOLIO AND MEASURE A REVIEW

  • Government Financial Strategies, District financial advisers, have provided a review of the District debt portfolio and prior bond measure, as well as a draft bond plan and related fiscal information. Final bond plan will be determined by the school board upon voter approval of school bond Measure S.

VCUSD TAX BASE DEMOGRAPHICS FOR 2017-18 AS OF MAY 2018
